A Little Bit Louder

We’re proud to add yet another incredible perk to the ABC experience. Each month, Jeff Louder will offer coaching tips tailored to our riders and the time of year. It won’t take long for you to realize he’s the real deal in terms of coaching, but has a special way of communicating his training advice.

Jeff grew up in Salt Lake City, went on to race professionally for 15 years, and for the past decade has been a successful cycling coach and sports director. He lived every cyclist’s dream by packing up and moving to Belgium as a teenager and after two years of mixing it up in the amateur ranks in wet and windy Flanders and Wallonie, he landed a pro contract. He went on to ride for five different teams, raced across Europe, and won the Tour of Utah back in 2008.
